2025 Tax Deadline
Individuals and Corporations
For 2025 tax returns filed in 2026, the deadline to file individual returns and C-Corporation returns is April 15, 2026. In certain circumstances, such as federally declared natural disasters, the IRS may also extend the tax filing deadline.
S-Corps and Partnerships
The deadline to file S-Corporation and Partnership returns, including multi-member LLCs taxed as partnerships, is March 15, 2026. The IRS may grant additional relief in specific situations.
