Thiago Dias, CPA is a Certified Public Accountant and the founder of Pelican CPA, a firm specializing in tax planning, accounting, and advisory services for small businesses. With deep expertise in U.S. tax law and a focus on helping entrepreneurs maximize profitability, Thiago partners with clients as a fractional CFO and trusted advisor. He offers hands-on guidance in areas such as business formation, tax compliance, and strategic growth, with a mission to simplify financial decisions and empower business owners to scale with confidence.

Before founding Pelican CPA, Thiago worked at PwC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he developed a strong foundation in corporate and individual tax strategy and compliance.
